TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE – TERRALUXE LTD

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of cleaning services by **Terraluxe Ltd** (registered in England & Wales, Company No. [Insert if applicable]), with its office at **Suite 266, Peel House, 30 The Downs, Altrincham, Cheshire, WA14 2PX** (“Terraluxe”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), to the client (“you” or “Client”).

By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services Provided

Terraluxe Ltd provides professional cleaning services as agreed in the service agreement, quotation, or booking confirmation.

Services may include but are not limited to: domestic cleaning, commercial cleaning, deep cleaning, and specialist cleaning.

 Any variations to the agreed services must be confirmed in writing (email accepted) and may incur additional charges.

Client Responsibilities

 You must: 


– Provide safe and unobstructed access to the cleaning area.
– Ensure utilities (water, electricity) are available unless otherwise agreed.
– Secure pets or notify us of any hazards.
– Notify us in advance of any special requirements or allergies.

Failure to provide access may result in a cancellation fee.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are as per the agreed quotation and are subject to change with prior notice.

Payment is due within 1 day of invoice.

Late payments may incur interest at 5% per month or a £25 late fee.

Payment methods: Bank transfer, or other agreed methods.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellation Policy

 – At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations; otherwise, a fee of [e.g., 25% of service cost] may apply.
 – Rescheduling: Must be requested with reasonable notice (e.g., 48 hours).

Liability & Insurance

 Terraluxe Ltd holds public liability insurance. However:
– We are not liable for damage due to pre-existing faults, improper surfaces, or items not secured.
– Claims must be reported within 24 hours with supporting evidence.

We reserve the right to refuse high-risk tasks (e.g., window cleaning above ground floor).

Complaints

Any issues must be reported within 24 hours via **[email protected]** or by phone at **07729 834275**.

 We will endeavour to resolve complaints promptly and may offer a re-clean where appropriate.

Termination

 Either party may terminate the agreement with [e.g., 14 days’] written notice.

Terraluxe may terminate immediately for breach (e.g., non-payment, unsafe conditions).

Confidentiality & Data Protection

We comply with UK GDPR and will only use your data per our Privacy Policy (available on request).

Miscellaneous

 These Terms constitute the entire agreement.

English law governs this agreement, with exclusive jurisdiction in English courts.
